Aside from anything I just read something on the other message board. I am not sure but will comment...let's say you have several million warrants and you exercise them it seems to me the company gets that money but the company must issue shares of stocks for those warrants. What that does is drive the O/S upward doesn't it? So could someone drive the common share price high enough to force controlled exercising which may exceed the A/S provided the A/S were never amended, Kevin Kowbel was the CEO during this time.
I just keep on thinking about needless thoughts like why was it stated that our A/S was only 300 million and not the 450 million in the complaint?
