Considering Joe said on the January call that the NGIO capital plan would be available "within 2 weeks", I expect it's ready and waiting. I'd be surprised if it doesn't come out by next week, maybe Wed at the latest.

If they wait until Wed, that would give them a day or two to see what the GNBT price does after the div clears, so they could make any adjustments to NGIO if they felt that would help maximize the GNBT SP effect...
