If the forgery were valid (although we will never know since they settled which leads you to believe it was). The only good thing is GNBT is not selling them shares until money is rec'd. It's not like valuing Veneto assets and then giving them money and not getting the assets or devalued assets.
FYI, I'm not sure what you are directing me to. Was it the lines about Broadridge and we are looking for a new transfer agent? Because what you posted is about the Discover note and not Oasis.
