Well, the NGIO spin will be a huge plus to GNBT overall. I am curious on how they will finally come out with the PPS when they do the spin. I know Joe put out numbers from 2.00 - 8.00 just to make a point, but said 2.00 to 4.00 is what was needed really, but based on previous comments on what they put a value on it several yrs ago I believe, I'm wondering if they would start it as low as 2.00 - 4.00.

And how many shares will there be out there total for the Market Value of NGIO?

The Dividend and NGIO spin seem to be the jumpstarts, now that the S-1 is out there.
