My apologies to the board for my misunderstanding of the Discover involvement!
I'd go back and delete some of my misleading posts on the 26MM shares vs the proper ~15MM if I could figure out how.
Regardless, it seems like Joe has what he needs after:
1) approval of this S-1 and
2) NGIO spin or some other catalyst to move the SP higher and reduce the cost of accessing the S-1 money.
