If CMF and Veneto and Broadridge can be made to pay up, and somehow this could translate into something that would make the pps go back to over 2, then perhaps they would go back to the original plan of 1:1, plus give us the 2:5 NGIO. Wouldn't that be nice...

Isn't Broadridge in a shit load of trouble? Will they still be our transfer agent? I imagine they have insurance and deep pockets to possibly go after if they failed to do what is proper.
