Yes absolutely - there is a silver lining in this because even though we didn't get the 1:1, what we got including NGIO may be more valuable, and soon.

The reason I say that is the extra NGIO shares may be worth more than a 1:1 in GNBT shares. Reason being that the extra 2 shares of NGIO could be worth a lot AND then GNBT gets the lion share of NGIO value so our GNBT shares go way up in value too.
