I am quite pleased with my ROI to date. Maintaining and growing my current profit is of interest but I am very concerned for a number of our fellow investors.

How many couldn't hold on after the plunge from above $2 to .40? Imagine being an long term investor, having endured the pps decline from years past, r/s and buying more in hopes the 1:1 dividend would help off set their losses. How much more underwater are they at this point?

You guys realize all those shares bought around $2 were providing CM and Veneto with a nicer return than they would have otherwise gotten had we not been so concerned about the NAZ listing. As it turns out we wouldn't have qualified anyway, although we did not realize at the time as there was more work to be done. I feel strongly we were not adequately informed but that is a whole different topic.


Yesterday's CC PR added the term "irregular" to the illegal trading. That is of interest.

I wonder if ther was there collusion between CM and Veneto?

Isn't Broadridge in a shit load of trouble? Will they still be our transfer agent? I imagine they have insurance and deep pockets to possibly go after if they failed to do what is proper.
