There is something very important to point out here and a question many would ask.
Why couldn't you just use a single video conferencing platform and just put everyone on mute if you wanted to do a webinar?
Well, you could except for one small problem, literally.
With skype you can have a maximum of 50 people on the video call
Facetime 32
Zoom maybe 1,000, but I don't know if all those 1,000 people have video or can talk. They may, I just don't know. What I do know is, the cost is a minimum of $12K/yr.
WebEx looks like a maximum of 200 with video and 1000 with audio. I put the link below for people to do their own DD.
These direct sales calls that companies do weekly and some a number of times a week have a lot of people on the video calls.
