The other important note that I wanted to add is that all of Verb’s technologies are about enabling sales people (and non-salespeople) to make it easier to sell. Interactive links are the backbone of Verb’s products because it puts an actionable item (a link) in front of a person’s face at the exact moment that you believe is the optimum point to make a sale or have that person perform an action.
So the question becomes, which is a better platform to enable sales.....
- A Video conferencing platform, where many people are enabled to talk simultaneously at any time
Or
- A Webinar platform, where one person leads the majority of the conversation and dictates the ebb and flow of the content.
I could argue the merits of each in different situations, but the overall better platform for sales is webinar. It enables a person to deliver focused content and offer links to back up that content, and that is why I believe Verb went that route.
