So 4 1/2 - 5 months for the S1 approval from the SEC? That's a pretty long time basically. I know you said you think it would be sooner, but does that mean that Generex does not see the 40 million for 4 1/2 months until SEC approves? If so, that's a big delay in getting the finance.
