IMHO, to summarize - looks like the following:
1. NGIO will be spun out be end of Jan 2020 the latest...
2. S1 will probably be approved by SEC by mid April 2020 the very latest...I am thinking way sooner...
3. GNBT uplisted by May 2020 the latest...assuming we hit PPS target.
In the meantime, NGIO will be filing its own S1...Joe mentioned that NGIO's S1 shouldn't be hard...because NGIO has lots interested investors and NGIO has a clean history, no hair on it...so, NGIO's uplist to NASDAQ will probably happen before May 2020...the very, very latest...
So..maybe sometime in the middle 2020, we will all be sitting pretty...
