So can we stop talking about the fiscal year quarters, as I am quite sure that a DNBTVfiscal year end at 6/30 of each year. The last 10-k was due on 10/29, which is 90 days after the end of the fiscal year. End of story.
Now that I gave you an answer to your question, can somebody answer me the question what to read out of the $40M equity investment strategy. Naively it sounds as if they are basically selling GNBT shares worth $40M for the average share price of the 5 days before Nov, 29th??
PLEEEEAAAASSSSEEE tell me that I am misinterpreting what I read there, because this way it sounds as if they are giving away more than half of the company for those $40M. Quick calculation at the end of Nov the pps was roughly at $0.80 times 0.92 = 0.74 ==> $54M shares.
If this will happen like that then I absolutely have no clue why Joe has been so unwilling to give the 1:1 dividend, because of the extra 20M shares he would have to give out.
Please somebody tell me that they have not done this and I simply have misunderstood this.
