% ownership....i wanted to tackle this issue also....many of us feel that we were robbed as a result of change of the dividend structure...we are not a ''regular'' company, we are a biotech on the otc.....so maybe there are a bunch of us who just love misery and continue to harp at this and that....but there is a big rotation of shareholders in an otc biotech....i think Joe stated this eloquently, when he was just the finance man, when generex asked for approval of the 1000:1 to bring this company from the dead....and some of us insisted that there was a core number of shareholders who were the majority shareholders....and this turned out to be not so true....
you can't say that he did not try very hard to keep that ownership with the shareholders....by having all the ''other companies and individuals'' WAIVE their rights to the dividend....so as for trying he certainly did do that....
