One of the things Generex has failed miserably with is providing timely and specific information. Multiple reasons for such. Some are reasonable. Some may be questionable. I think should the SEC review certain statements, timeframes etc and subsequent changes in the companies directions there may be an interesting story unfold. I will send my thoughts to the SEC by 12/23 if we haven't gotten clarification on a number of matters by then.
We'll see if management can produce and rebuild shareholder value which as all but been wiped out year over year.
