its not as easy as you imply....generex announced the illegal sale alert by CMF about 15 days ago....they scheduled a conference call and a postponement of the dividend about 14 days ago....and a New Structure, Pay Date and Ex-Date for the Previously Postponed Shareholder Stock Dividend and Declared a New Share Dividend in NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology about 20 hours ago (while i write this)...so the whole episode is less than 15 days old and you had a CEO that is responding in a timely manner, just not ''timely enough for us''....

and in between he also secured and announced a funding update to boot....
