I’m wondering if J&J, Platinum and DECN are having some serious discussions yet? In my opinion, a settlement prior to a judge’s decision is much more favorable to all parties.

In thinking about it, I don’t see how any of the parties would feel comfortable letting the judges decide on this as opposed to making a strong effort to getting this settled and put to bed.
