The Company should eliminate the historical rhetoric because quite a bit of what I have read (and I have only read one quarterly and one annual) seems to not actually be historical fact. More like hype.
Perhaps this is a good sign that a settlement could be near and the Company has prudently decided to attempt to insulate itself from lawsuits or regulatory actions.
