mikey, that has to be it. Feds work 9-5, then go home. They get paid the same if we have to wait-does not matter to them. I dont expect special treatment, just dont sit on your hands all day. Feds are the only reason now I can come up with what is causing this delay. We know it is big and complicated, but Doc started this process months ago. And you know Doc did it all right. So we wait for the bureaucrats......
