With the rollup of a bunch of companies into Univec and with a possible Euromed merger if you go on to read the FTC merger review process (below) it sort of fits in with what we have been going thru including a quiet period that ended in early October followed by another quiet period. To me it seems to match our situation and if I am correct we must be extremely close.
