The two silent periods correlate with the the pattern we just went thru. Doc was quiet from the first week of September until later in the month when he actually mentioned the quiet:

Quiet - Does not mean things are not getting done. Steady and Firm and Solid.

Then he went quiet on October 12th (8th on Twitter). Oddly enough veterans day is day #30!

All just my speculation but it looks like this scenario is entirely plausible imo!
