This is long past the $.
While I’m certain the “current” best deal will be struck for the company and its shareholders I have zero trust in this company and it’s ability to evolve into a sustainable entity.
Waited patiently and seemingly each PR and conversation has proven to fall flat with no measurable progress. Seems now that the company
is chasing a payday. Unfortunately I didn’t sign
up for a patent troll company.
So you see, those 25m discounted at 5% for 7 years is about 18m. Shares have been diluted over 100% in this same time. Revenue is essentially flat. No new products to market. No cash. GenSure prob cost $5m and it’s in mothballs. Manufacturing ramped for what volume at what cost?
So you see I kind a get it. No accountability. No remorse. No business strategy.
I want the company to succeed. I want affordable products on the market. I want leadership to win. I want shareholders to prosper.
How long must we wait?
