It’s an indirect allegation that the company is making the best deal for shareholders after 7 years (exc discounting).
The true sides of people comes out when there is money on the table, and sometimes when there isn't. It isn't NOBO shareholders money. It will be the company's money, managed by Mr. Berman who is empowered by the BOD to do so. You don't like it then try to do something about it -- like take over the company. Then you can negotiate whatever settlement you find acceptable. Decisions made during the normal course of business are handled almost always by the officers, but sometimes by the officers and directors. Never by opinionated NOBOs.
