There is no doubt in my mind, based on the early comment in Joe's statement about how a date change is possible, that the div will not be issued before the 10k/uplist. That only makes sense, and it's a slam dunk for Joe to keep this thing rolling if the NAZ needs more time.

That said, I sure hope the 10k is out by next Monday... let the auditors work the weekend!
