I don't have an issue with the dividend moving a few weeks if that is what it takes to keep the benefit to the shareholders. Right now, I see a downside if it hits before the NASDAQ. So, everyone should want the NASDAQ above all else right now.
I got pretty excited about the NGIO for Nov.
Also was excited listening to the Diabetes information, but when the lady asked about the phase 3 question, Gary kind of gave answer without answering which bothered me a bit, but maybe he just could not give her a direct answer, don't know.
I'm hoping they get the 10-k done soon. I know NASDAQ can take their time to look at it, but just getting it done is a big deal.
