He said that when he made the projection 5 months ago, he thought around 69M shares. However he said that based on those terms at that time, it is now less than 69M shares, maybe about 60M. But now you have to add in the shares for Altucell, repayment of old debt, etc and it will be more than 60M, but we don't know how much more yet.
