With the significant difference in mono with 350mg and 700mg, the FDA’s reaction does not surprise me. Someone even asked NP after the 700mg numbers last year during a CC, maybe November if they would use 700mg with combo. NP said no because he didn’t want to do another combo trial and the results with 350mg were excellent. But the FDA saw different.
