The only time I will understand FDA requiring 700 mg study to be finish before they make a decision for combo , if they thinking to use also Receptor Occupancy Test to evaluate dose for each patient also in combo .
And this I will understand and even like ..,

Otherwise it’s makes no sense , because study showing that 525 results are little better than 700 mg , so why to wait for safety of 700 to finish 24 weeks ...and why to wait to see stability of 700 mg now ..in order to make this decision ..
In this situation always the lowest best results are use with treatment ..

With cancers it will be different most probably , and they will go for 700 mg if no problems ..
