"What date was the application received by Nasdaq? I am not asking what day the app payment was made or what day Donohoe rec'd it to review."
I suppose the answer is not important for shareholders to know and it must not have been publicly disclosed. Must not be considered material information.
Material Information generally means information that a reasonable investor would consider important in deciding whether to buy, sell or hold a security, or information that is reasonably certain to have a substantial effect on the price of a company's securities once such information becomes publicly available.
