The reason I keep harping on the verification of ensuring that the formula will definitely be used for the stock dividend and that this will not be treated as a basic stock split, is I did the math, which I will admit, math is not my strong suit, but based on the current stock price drop and if it keeps going, we will be well under 2.00 if this becomes a straight stock split.
If the formula is used as it was stated, we will be around 2.00 a share at this point or a little better. If we do go to NASDAQ, I would rather be above 2.00 then well below 2.00 a share.
