I believe the posts on the annual report have acknowledged the difficulty of the task. Historically, the end of Oct is correct. Last year it was 10/26 when it was filed. Some have stated the rule changed this year and it is earlier by 15 days. I haven't looked it up.
What I do think based on comments here, there and everywhere is that GNBT needs the NAZ to have the 10K for this past year as it will reflect positive changes vs the previous year. The previous years report reflects deficient information which would prevent an approval of the uplisting.
What date was the application received by Nasdaq? I am not asking what day the app payment was made or what day Donohoe rec'd it to review.
