Citadel is running the show todayTrding. I see how they drop the ask from .3999 where the ask price with MAXM is at .40 and CDEL keeps doing this all day so far. I also noticed that they are rapidly off L2 as soon as the bell rings @ 4pm and in the AM, they wait for the lowest price on the ask and then drop .0001 to be right above whomever was on top of L2 on the ask.

I have noticed this for over 3 weeks no, do you know what they're up to?
