Merger for CYDY is for non-strategic alliance. Like the test here, which is a win-win.
In the other hand they might be targeting some acquisitions, to increase intangible assets value.
Partnership as Nader mentioned will be limited, to few lines, or he did mention for quarter billion first sales. That's for increasing value.
Why do we need both of the above? To increase value.
How does increasing value help us now? I will bring more awareness, and also the rising PPS will prevent a hostile cheap Tender take over.
If Nader managers to pull this off, what would be the value? I'd say if we do not go into a hostile takeover, he is thinks to get us valuation of somewhere between 30 to $60B in 5 years.
