I doubt the law firms did even basic due diligence so reading the 8-K’s is expecting too much from them. Especially all those other lawfirms that jumped in after the first one filed! Not bringing politics into this but the number of lawfirms trying to get in on this is almost like the number of candidates in the Democratic debates! In this case all vying for non-existent plaintiffs and perhaps lawyers that can represent the case in a California court!
As you have pointed out they don’t post their track record on their websites for a reason, most of these lawsuits never see the light of day, and they and many similar bottom of the barrel lawfirms all compete for these silly lawsuits. Not having seen one come to fruition it makes me wonder how the lawfirm that will actually take it to court gets chosen. Then again I guess I don’t really care as there is no chance of that happening here. It will just fade away just like the time this happened a few years ago in another stock I invested in. As I mentioned that time they did succeed in affecting the share price and clearly some shorts knew the PR’s about the lawsuit were coming. At least this time those who had advance knowledge and tried to take advantage were left disappointed when it didn’t move the needle. Clearly that showed it was shrugged off as a “non-event”. Meanwhile I suppose not only are they searching for plaintiffs but also for lawyers in California that can legally represent this case in a California court! LOL
