Most of these popup pretty quick
Just look at Uber and Lyft
They weren't even around the first turn out of the IPO gate and already the vultures were doing their "INVESTOR ALERTS"
Some may wonder why it took over a year here
I am not one that is wondering
If you have to go back over a year, you got nothing in my opinion
Uhmm, did people forget VERB was at the SuiteWorld?
Did they not hear that Oracle execs were at the VERB booth just not once or twice?
Anyone that read the two 8-K can see clear as day, there is nothing
Either the legal firms never read the 8-Ks or they don't understand technology and partnerships.
Does anyone really think if you sign up for a Microsoft, Oracle Salesforce partnership, they are expecting YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE SELLING to existing Microsoft, Oracle and Salesforce customers?
