Looks like an attempt to manipulate the share price prior to the opening bell.
I happened to notice on Fidelity it showed 4K shares traded already, so I went and looked at NASDAQ's premarket trades and found there were a bunch of trades trying to get the price lower. They are running out of time, this looks like another last gasp desperate measure:
