I asked my Paulson rep because I too am very interested in Paulson’s participation. Those brokers are telling customers to do the TO. So they damn well better do it themselves. But my rep said they cannot participate because their compliance department will not let it happen. Something about working with lawyers to get past restrictions. I think that is probably BS. I plan to bring it up to NP Monday.
