Interesting, thanks for the update. If that's true, and Paulson is not participating for those reasons, then I am happy to adjust my expectations now!
In the absence of any legal issues, one would strongly hope Paulson would put its money where its mouth is.
If the legal issues are surmountable, and Paulson is unable to exercise this time because the workaround takes time, then I guess we'll see a 3rd TO.
