Agreed BL, I would hope that Paulson alone makes this TO worthwhile.....if not many of their warrant holders who they convinced to convert last TO likely won’t be happy. With the lack of PRs during this round, I would also expect this was announced to allow Paulson to exercise.....we will know soon enough.
