IMO , this poster is right , in one thing , it is very difficult to find proper patients for any studies , here will be also to some point , because you cant take brand new patients , patients must be treated without success , but with some medicine , for our study they cant take patient sooner than 6 months after this medicine is stopped , and we know what that mean in patients with TNBC , also physician must feel that this patient has at least 6 month life expectancy ...difficult balance ..
But I spoke about it with Dr Pestell January 28 in Fort Lauderdale , he told me that those Center are very busy , especially the one in Chicago , he spoke with those doctors often and they don't expect any problem , so we will see .
So far no patient is injected...
As to approval 2-4 years if results will be good in patients with TNBC , no possibilities ..
He is in immunology , they really don't have patients dying within one year after diagnosis , this is a big difference...
What they doing they giving conditional approval ( I don't remember how they call that approval ) , I saw that sometimes in my medical life , and if any problem will arrive , like unusual and often side effects in the future , they can cancel that..
This will not happen here I am sure , medicine without serious side effect , those are the things they usually cancelling for..
I just hope enrollment will not take 3-4 years .....
I just want them to start and to have very good results , then everything will come fast imo.
