Great point, I don't know why they would be required to start with 350mg. Maybe the FDA hasn't completely moved beyond that as a possible dose with Combo.
Also, I mentioned earlier I am still reading yahoo and seeking alpha. Good discussion going on there now, well at least better than ihub. Though the one guy claiming to be an expert (and I have not reason to doubt him) doesn't seem to know about the BTD path they are attempting.
Though I do feel this is probably why it is taking so long to get the first enrolled patient injected at the smaller clinical site. We need to big sites to come on board.
