Yes, I posted the list of BTD approvals recently. He is new and not aware of everything going on here.

Also I posted about academic institutions being slow to get IRB approved. Since they already have one site open, I'm guessing the Chicago site being slow to open has something to do with them being slow more than anything to do with CYDY. Though it would greatly help to get those big sites open.
