that is exactly my interpretation ..
btw take it fwiw .. but rumor had it (over a decade ago)
that those hedge funds who *hire* the decoys (et al)
and flood SMBs .. and *control* outcomes as able ..
placed *efforts* in positions to *ascertain* info on an as needed basis
(legal/financial/press release firms) .. some of that *effort* has been replaced
by algos .. but imo not all .. i remember a *story* about a *trader* who chatted
up a legal firm's employee at the local watering hole .. over months .. trying to
source intel on a specific *target*
i doubt too much has changed over the last decade plus
but the key take away from my post .. specifically .. is that *imo* NR *knowing*
news was en route (came out on 5.16.19) that potential *control* might be lost
(imo *volume* of 10M~ and PPS approaching 70c) had to be *controlled* by NR
and it was .. but as also noted .. it came at a significant cost to NR .. and continues to do so each day since
remember too .. that 4M~ *volume* was record setting for IPIX
NR has serious problems with an abusive hole that keeps getting deeper
it's why those patterns that NR prefers not to be shown/known .. matter .. specifically when NR changes them out
March 2019 (DRS)
April 2019 (hidden)
May 2019 (orchestrated run .. DRS reset)
June 2019 (DRS back in play and imo on par with March's changeout)
