Remember when Google created a separate holding company (Alphabet) for just their management, and stripped the common shareholder of all voting rights? They were able to get away with it because the company was wildly successful and the shareholders were doing very well, so they didn't complain too loudly.

Since the White Knights will not receive the newly created Type B voting stock, what plan does our Management have to placate them, since they have not yet forked over all the $10,000,000 investment as promised? I bet the new creation of hempsmart on the European exchange by the end of August (as promised) will contain the answer.
