In other words, the current management can maintain control of the company, even though they continue to sell their current majority of the common stock. This is how they will make their money in the upcoming rise of the company's good fortune, by continuing to sell common stock at their convenience. No need to initiate a stock option program, since they collectively already own over a billion shares.
So the normal shareholders and the white knights will own all the common, and management will still control the company.
So, let me go out on a limb and predict that management will release a whole boatload of good earnings news to get the current price of the stock close to .02 a share by July 31. That way, in August, the company will start on a good footing at + 1.00 a share. And don't forget, the next earnings report will be out just 2 weeks after the reverse split takes effect. Should be interesting. We'll see.
