NRs' agenda goes something like this ..
lull investors and mgmt into a false sense of security
(2012 - 2014) with cycles of money being worked .. this
provides liquidity and entices retail traders .. it also let's
mgmt think they can uplist due to price point *stability* ..
uplisting (when upside down) is the last *reality* that NR (non retail)
.. (who has worked those numerous cycles of money for years) .. wants
exit 2014 .. enter 2015
*agenda* then is crystal clear .. agenda becomes relentless PPS compression
NRs' stall was around 70c~ while name ticker cusip was *worked* thru in 2017/2018
and here we are in 2019 ..
with noticeable pattern change outs re: what NR *reports*
retail has zero control over anything but their respective DD and whether
they buy .. sell or hold their IPIX shares
and clearly some retail have far more business experience than others
while others seem to have far more of a science or medical bent than others
that makes for an interesting read on various SMBs
what was so telling about this SMB .. was for years as NR essentially made
the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation's IPIX SMB .. effectively useless
(my rule of thumb was always a page of 50 posts and % ratios re: negative/positive/neutral)
was when *infestation* would enter *here* to attempt to either control *flow*
or to make this site useless
the timing again is interesting .. perhaps just to me .. March 2019's kickoff
because of the very real and factual *change out* (and alignment imo) with
what NR *reported*
lastly it was equally clear for those willing to take the time to observe .. a week ago Friday
that NR *ran* a mini test .. it was stopped out @ 11:04AM

i have no doubts based on 10 years of observation of OTC targets (and to be clear 99.99% of OTC targets do not outlast NR .. let alone survive .. those that do do so with about 1B to 5B I/O) .. that NR absolutely learned *something* that spooked them back in mid to late February 2019
i have no doubts the *run* done last week was a set up by NR .. done for multiple reasons ..
one reason is to condition LT retail investors to sell on the next take up .. (it's conditioning)
i refer to these round trips (PPS starts and essentially ends at the same price point) as NRs' round robining
what is *interesting* about this round done last week is the *volume* injected
which brings me back to the utter lies posted non stop last Fall to EO 2018
Innovation Pharma has an enviable I/O (the I/O is not the Float)
the Float is what is freely traded ..
last year (August) IPIX's I/O was noted (updated by TA on that 4 profit site)

so for the 4 months of 2018 (Sep - Dec) when NR injected bogus volume to brutalize investors .. force mgmt into toxic financing and compress IPIX sub 10c
(52 week low reset to 7c on 12.31.18) .. if every share added to the I/O headed
straight to the Float .. that is 13,341,721
however NR injected 54,830,246 shares during that same time frame
13341721 / 54830246 = 24.33%
that is why i've noted the *gamble* undertaken was an epic fail in actually parting
LT investors from their IPIX shares
and even more interesting for those self regulating entities' reporting ..
FTDs *actually* reported began morphing up IPIX's food chain .. making the cherry picked *posts* .. beyond revealing .. but then an educated retail and an
aware OTC mgmt is an upside down NRs' worst NITEmare .. pun intended

It seems larger investors like brokers, MMs, hedge funds merely play a game with the Reg Sho to mask what they are really trying to do. Are they trying to clear a massive short interest or are they leap frogging retail investors to make sure they get the abundance of newly released shares? I’ve been reading some key investors and it looks like to me that non retail are doing what they can to gobble up shares and that’s their main objective. We all seem to be in the same side it’s just the tactics of it all.
