Is there manipulation? Well of course there is. Whether or not it’s the brokers solely is another story. It seems larger investors like brokers, MMs, hedge funds merely play a game with the Reg Sho to mask what they are really trying to do. Are they trying to clear a massive short interest or are they leap frogging retail investors to make sure they get the abundance of newly released shares? I’ve been reading some key investors and it looks like to me that non retail are doing what they can to gobble up shares and that’s their main objective. We all seem to be in the same side it’s just the tactics of it all.
