What you are suggesting is all reasonable and within the realm of possibilities. It is certainly more ideal than entering into another toxic loan. What I was implying in my post is that the company may not have the luxury of time. Patent grants and bringing a cream to market take time, and even in the best case scenario it won't translate into an immediate revenue stream. They need to fast track whatever it is that they are planning. Regardless, at some point very soon they will need at the very least a small R/S in conjunction with the above and as may be required by a more conventional lender.
