There is another way out. They could have success getting patent grants and/or market the cream to create revenues like they said they might do. Either one might qualify them for a loan with better terms. Getting the pps UP is paramount as is generating revenues. Other than that there is another toxic loan coming our way unless they can somehow get a conventional loan (which they were unwilling to even explore). More dilution and a lower pps is heading our way if nothing changes.
