agree. but i almost got the sense that this 8K was on its surface displaying what has already occurred but also had a double meaning,..meaning , the next Discovery dump is just around the corner. just a sense i could be completely inaccurate.

the market perception for pennies is buy the rumor, sell the news.

the R/S proposal brought price down from.035 area,...now at .024,...

any news that is perceived negative will potentially stimulate more selling.
